1. Insert your new non accepted SIM card
2. Turn on the phone
3. Wait for the phone to ask for the unlocking code
4. Enter the code
The phone should now be unlocked
Note: Make sure mobile radio is on and it's actively look for a network
Specific Z10 Method
1. From the menu, Go to Settings > Security and Privacy > SIM Card
2. Scroll down to Phone Network Lock, and tap the Unlock Network button
3. Enter the unlocking code we've sent you
4. Press OK
5. The phone will now unlock.
